Property Joint Venture Partners: Paladin’s co-investment platform has identified other, highly successful commercial real estate sponsors with excellent track records in specialized assets and/or sub markets who seek equity investments as they scale their business model. Paladin’s capital resources are available for co-investments in attractive deal flow of this kind.
